Solar Panel Black Friday Deals 2026
Black Friday is November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is November 30, with brand promotions historically starting in the middle of the month. Portable panels go on sale two ways: standalone, and bundled with a power station — and the bundle is usually where brands concentrate the discount. Before you buy either, check one number most shoppers miss: your station's maximum solar input. This page tracks the panels we have rated, shows exactly how many watts each station in our database can use, and explains when a bundle is genuinely the better deal.

Portable Solar Panels to Watch This Black Friday
Each panel below is one we have reviewed and rated. Prices are the current Amazon price — any Black Friday promotion appears on the listing itself. Prices checked October 19, 2026.
Highest output we track
EcoFlow 220W Portable Solar Panel
220W rated · 20.9 lb · Pairs with EcoFlow Delta and River series · SGA rating 78/100
Lowest we’ve logged: $299.00 (Sep 18) · our log since Sep 18220W bifacial with N-Type cells and an adjustable kickstand — the highest-rated panel in our tracked set. The extra 20W only matters if your station has solar headroom to use it, which Delta-class units do.
Best for Jackery owners
Jackery SolarSaga 200W
200W rated · 14.3 lb · Pairs with Jackery Explorer series · SGA rating 74/100
Lowest we’ve logged: $339.00 (Oct 6) · our log since Sep 21200W bifacial foldable with an IP68 rating, updated for plug-and-play compatibility with current Explorer stations. If you own or are buying an Explorer this Black Friday, this is the panel that removes the adapter question.
Most cross-brand compatible
Bluetti PV200 200W Solar Panel
200W rated · 16.1 lb · Pairs with Bluetti and most 12–60V stations · SGA rating 79/100
Current price on Amazon: $349.00
Lowest we’ve logged: $329.99 (Oct 6) · our log since Sep 18200W foldable with ETFE coating and adjustable kickstands. Its wide 12–60V acceptance makes it the safest panel to buy if you might change station brands later.
Badges come from our own daily price log — see the solar generator price tracker. They describe what we observed on the listing, not a manufacturer claim or a prediction.
How Many Panel Watts Can Your Station Actually Use?
A station clips anything above its maximum solar input — buy more panel than that and you are paying for wattage that goes nowhere. Below the ceiling, every extra watt shortens the recharge. The table shows the ceiling for every station in our database and how many 200W-class panels it takes to reach it.

Panel count is the wattage arithmetic only. Large stations reach their ceiling through more than one solar input and within a voltage window, so the real limit is often how many panels you can wire per input — check the station's manual, and see our solar panel setup guide for series vs parallel wiring.
How Long a Recharge Takes, by Panel Count
Panels rarely deliver their rated wattage. Heat, sun angle and conversion losses mean a 200W panel in good sun typically yields around 140–170W. The estimates below assume roughly 70% of rated output, which is a sensible planning figure rather than a promise.
| Station size | 1 × 200W | 2 × 200W | 4 × 200W |
|---|---|---|---|
| ~1,000 Wh | ~7.1 sun-hours | ~3.6 sun-hours | ~1.8 sun-hours |
| ~2,000 Wh | ~14.3 sun-hours | ~7.1 sun-hours | ~3.6 sun-hours |
| ~3,000 Wh | ~21.4 sun-hours | ~10.7 sun-hours | ~5.4 sun-hours |
Most of the US averages somewhere around four to five peak sun-hours a day, less in winter. That is why a single panel is a top-up for a 2,000 Wh station rather than a full daily recharge — and why bundles that include one small panel with a large station deserve a second look.
Black Friday Bundle or Buy Separately?
Bundles raise the order value, so brands have historically put their sharpest Black Friday pricing on station-plus-panel kits rather than on panels alone. That works in your favour when the bundled panel actually suits the station.
Buy the bundle when
- • You are buying the station and panels together anyway
- • The included panel wattage is a sensible share of the station's solar ceiling
- • You want guaranteed connector compatibility out of the box
Buy separately when
- • You already own a station and want more solar input
- • The bundle pairs one 200W panel with a 2,000 Wh+ station
- • You want a cross-brand panel you can keep if you switch stations
Compare like with like: the bundle price against the station plus the same panel bought separately, both on the same day. If you are still choosing a kit, our best solar generator kits guide covers which pairings make sense.
Four Checks Before You Order a Panel
1. Connector
MC4, XT60, 8mm barrel and Anderson are all common. A mismatch is solved with an adapter cable, but budget for it.
2. Voltage window
Panels wired in series add voltage. The open-circuit voltage must stay inside the station's input range, or the station will not charge.
3. Weight and fold size
The panels we track weigh roughly 14–21 lb each. For camping that is the number you carry; for home backup it barely matters.
4. Weather rating
An IP rating on the panel says little about the junction box and cables. Do not leave any portable panel out in rain unless the full kit is rated for it.

Black Friday Solar Panel FAQ
When do Black Friday solar panel deals start in 2026?
Black Friday is November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is November 30. Power station and panel brands have historically started their promotions in the middle of November, so pricing can move a week or more before Black Friday itself.
Do portable solar panels go on sale on Black Friday?
Yes, both standalone and as part of power station bundles. Brands have historically concentrated their deepest discounts on station-plus-panel bundles, so compare the bundle against buying the two pieces separately on the same day.
How many solar panels do I need for my power station?
Enough to approach the station's maximum solar input, but not more. A station with a 400W ceiling uses two 200W panels; one with a 1,200W ceiling can use six. Anything above the ceiling is clipped. Wiring limits per input also apply, so check the manual.
Can I use a different brand's solar panel with my power station?
Usually, if the voltage and connector match. Panels with a wide input range, such as the Bluetti PV200 at 12–60V, are the most flexible. A connector mismatch is normally solved with an adapter cable.
How long does a 200W solar panel take to charge a power station?
A 200W panel typically delivers around 140–170W in good sun, so a 1,000 Wh station takes roughly seven sun-hours from one panel, or about three and a half from two. Cloud, heat and low winter sun extend that.
Is a solar generator bundle a better Black Friday deal than buying separately?
Often, but not always. The bundle is usually where the discount sits, yet a bundle that pairs one 200W panel with a 2,000 Wh station recharges slowly. Check the included panel wattage against the station's solar ceiling before deciding.
Is there a tax credit for solar panels bought on Black Friday 2026?
Not a federal residential one. The 30% Residential Clean Energy Credit ended for expenditures made after December 31, 2025. Some state and utility programs remain; our tax credit guide explains what changed.
