Anker SOLIX at Costco: What’s Different, and Is It Worth It?

Costco sells Anker SOLIX mostly as “X” models bundled with solar panels or a charger — the C1000X Gen 2 with a 200W panel, the C2000X Gen 2 with a 400W panel, and F3000 and F3800 home backup kits. The X models are Costco-channel variants of the standard stations; on the C1000X Gen 2 the reported difference is one fewer AC outlet. A bundle can be good value if you want the panel and already have a membership. If you want the station on its own, or are not a member, the standard models on Amazon are the closer comparison. Below: what Costco has listed, how each maps to the standard model, and the return and warranty fine print.

Which Anker SOLIX Models Has Costco Listed?

Costco’s range rotates, and its product pages are hard to verify automatically, so treat this as what Costco US has listed during 2026 rather than a guarantee of what is in stock today. Search costco.com for the model name to confirm.

Anker SOLIX: Costco vs Amazon

Costco makes sense if

  • • You are already a member
  • • You want the station and a panel or charger, and the bundle includes the size you need
  • • You prefer returning to a local warehouse rather than shipping a heavy box

Amazon makes sense if

  • • You are not a member (non-members pay a surcharge on costco.com, and some items are members-only)
  • • You want the standard model — for example the C1000 Gen 2’s fifth AC outlet
  • • You already own panels, or want to choose your own panel size
  • • You want to watch the price over time — see our price tracker

Comparing prices fairly: a bundle price includes a panel. To compare like for like, add the price of a similar panel to the Amazon station price — our 200W panel guide and solar generator kits guide help size it. Then check the panel wattage actually suits the station’s solar input.

Costco’s Return Policy on Generators and Power Stations

Costco’s general rule is its Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Its separate 90-day return window applies to a specific list — TVs, projectors, major appliances, computers, tablets, smart wearables, cameras, drones, camcorders, MP3 players and cell phones — and generators and power stations are not on that list. But three caveats in the same policy matter here:

  • •Costco names batteries among products with a limited useful life, which can carry product-specific terms.
  • •Large, freight-delivered items follow a separate return process — relevant to the big F3000, F3800 and E10 kits.
  • •Costco says generators cannot be returned through self-service on costco.com, and individual product pages may list limitations.

So do not assume “return it any time” — read the returns section on the specific product page before you buy. Warranty: Costco’s free second-year warranty extension covers TVs, projectors, computers and certain major appliances; power stations are not named, so Anker’s own manufacturer warranty is what applies. Costco also sells separate protection plans.

Does Costco Sell Other Solar Generators and Solar Panels?

Costco has also listed EcoFlow (Delta 3 Plus, Delta Pro 3, Delta Pro Ultra), Jackery (Explorer v2 models and 5000 Plus kits) and Bluetti bundles. Portable solar panels appear almost entirely as part of power-station bundles rather than on their own, and we found no Costco home-battery or rooftop-solar installation service. For the full picture across brands, see our Costco solar generator guide.

Anker SOLIX at Costco FAQ

Does Costco sell Anker SOLIX power stations?

Costco US has listed several Anker SOLIX products during 2026, mostly as bundles: the C1000X Gen 2 with a 200W panel, the C2000X Gen 2 with a 400W panel, F3000 and F3800 home backup kits, the C300X DC with a charger, and the E10 online. Availability rotates, so check costco.com for the model name.

What is the difference between the Anker C1000X and the C1000 Gen 2?

The C1000X Gen 2 is a Costco-channel variant of the C1000 Gen 2. Reviewers report it has four AC outlets against five on the standard model, with a different faceplate and colour, and Costco usually bundles it with a solar panel.

Is the Anker SOLIX C1000 cheaper at Costco or Amazon?

It depends on the day and on whether you want the bundled panel. Costco prices a station-plus-panel bundle; Amazon sells the standard C1000 Gen 2 on its own. Add a similar panel to the Amazon price to compare like for like, and remember non-members pay a surcharge on costco.com.

Does Costco sell the Anker SOLIX C800X?

The C800X bundle we found live is on Costco Canada. US listings appear to date from 2025, so it is likely no longer sold by Costco US.

What is Costco's return policy on generators and power stations?

Generators and power stations are not on Costco's 90-day electronics list, but Costco's policy notes that batteries can carry product-specific terms, large freight-delivered items follow a separate process, and generators cannot be returned through self-service online. Check the returns section on the specific product page before buying.

Do I need a Costco membership to buy Anker SOLIX at Costco?

Warehouse shopping requires a membership. Some costco.com items can be bought by non-members with a 5% surcharge, while member-only items cannot be bought by non-members at all.
